Yolanda Loney

Executive Financial Officer

Yolanda Loney started her spiritual journey over 20 years ago under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Aquila Johnson, Sr., in which she received salvation. Her parents, Leonard Rogers and Jean Jones, believed that having their children anchored in Christ was essential to development. As the years progressed, Yolanda grew in Christ and His stature.

Yolanda Loney became heavily active in the business of ministry and was appointed to the Trustee Board. Yolanda worked meticulously with the Director of Finance (Donna Parham) and learned the policies and procedures of finance for the non-profit organization. She is well-informed, and her stewardship gifts include principles of finance, financial planning, tax documentation, budget planning, payroll, and internal audits. Yolanda’s analytical and problem solver capabilities allow her to focus on providing a high level of service for ministry. With time management and exceptional organizational skill, Yolanda attends research and financial conferences and workshops to enhance economic growth. To date, she continuously manages yearly fiscal budget(s) and serves as Treasurer on the board of directors, in addition to NLBOCC Executive Financial Officer. Yolanda has transformed the ministry internally with the latest information and practices in finance, law, human resources, and risk management.

Over the last 22 years, Yolanda worked for various companies including, Verizon Communications, Community Coordinated Child Care of Union County, and Morris County Board of Social Services. She currently provides exceptional service as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Central Jersey Family Health Consortium.

A graduate of Rider University, Yolanda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently earning a M.B.A. Furthermore, she attained an approved New Jersey Group Teacher and School-Age Program Supervisor Certification through Professional Impact NJ. Yolanda is a certified Notary of Public for the State of NJ.

She is the wife of Alexander Loney and the mother of Isaiah Loney.
